A native of Barranquilla, Colombia, Carmen Barone brings a vibrant, global perspective to the Noël team. Fluent in Spanish and English—and currently perfecting her French—Carmen is uniquely positioned to guide an international clientele through the art of luxury living. Her background is rooted in over 20 years of retail leadership and ownership, a foundation that gives her a sharp, entrepreneurial eye for quality and a deep respect for the client investment.

Carmen’s design philosophy is centered on the "inviting home"—the idea that a space should be a breathtaking reflection of the person who inhabits it. She is a powerhouse of service, greeting every project with an infectious energy and a work ethic that prioritizes long-term relationships over simple transactions.

Drawing inspiration from her senior colleagues and her own worldly travels, Carmen excels at finding the "missing piece" or curating a full-home transformation.
